Our client manages a luxury leisure resort in the Turks & Caicos and is looking for an energetic Souschef to assist the kitchen operation of his main restaurant for mainly the breakfast and lunch period. The restaurant is a high end culinary experience matching the influences of international cuisines with strong influences of the Mediterranean regions.
With a passion for cooking, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly skilled Executive Chef in a fantastic environment and a brigade of 20 chefs.
To be successful in obtaining this role you will need the following:
