Executive Chef
Large, independently owned Casino Company with locations in six states and expanding rapidly, is in need of an Executive Chef to work at their steak house restaurant in the Vicksburg, Mississippi casino hotel that they operate there. The restaurant is open only 5 days per week, generates $1.3 million in food & Beverage revenues, and would not be characterized as a “gourmet” operation, but fairly simple steak menu.

Experience, high volume, quality operations in Restaurant, Casino or Hotel is preferred.

Outstanding benefits package

Salary: Chef - $55000 Base, Bonus 20%, Rapid advancement….. Full relocation
