We are currently looking for a very senior Executive Chef to run all the culinary operations of a $120 F&B, 4 diamond hotel in NYC (known world-wide). Must have exceptional experience as an Executive Chef at a 4-5 star hotel and have overseen at least $30M+ F&B.

Will supervise: Sous Chefs, Restaurant Chefs, Banquet Chef, Pastry Chef and line cooks, and utility stewards in above mentioned locations.
